your insurance company to verify your
benefits, co-payments, and
authorization. If I am not on your
insurance panel, I will provide you with
a monthly statement which you can submit
for reimbursement. Generally
payment is made with each session when
not covered by insurance. However,
I am open to making individual
arrangements where necessary.
